The rooms MUST be left
clean and arranged the way it was when you arrived. A *$25.00 charge will be applied if
the room is left unclean. Payment
MUST be received PRIOR to the date of your event. It will be your
responsibility to make arrangements to pickup and return the key. Please notify your guests not
to park in the staff parking spaces (they will be asked to move
during your event). Please
notify your guest to bring plenty of quarters for street parking, we
do not provide change. There
is 10 hour parking by the Water Tower two blocks south of the
Chamber.
