Selection & Tuition
For a Select Group
A Primary strength of the program
will come from the quality of the participants - their diversity,
dedication to our community, leadership potential and commitment to
learning. The individuals selected for the program will have
demonstrated a potential for leadership and will represent the
public, private and non-profit sectors of
Fresno County. A screening committee will select approximately 30-35
participants who:

Hold positions
of leadership in their employment and volunteer organizations.

Have
demonstrated a strong interest in and commitment to the
community.

Live in the
greater
Fresno
area and plan to remain active in local professional and
community activities.

Are able to
commit the time required to complete the program, and have the
endorsement of their employer.
The tuition for the 2008-2009 class is $975.
Partial scholarships are available to individuals from small
businesses, select nonprofits, government agencies and educational
institutions. Applicants may solicit
sponsorships for their tuition, or applicants may pay part or all of
the tuition personally.
The application deadline is May 16,
2008 at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be
